Once your shipment is received, you have a 7-day window to initiate a return. If this period has elapsed since your purchase, we regret that we are unable to accommodate a refund or exchange. In order to process your return, we kindly ask for a receipt or proof of purchase.

Notably, any alterations necessitated by damage are undertaken at no extra charge.
